Where we deliver

We currently ship across India through our courier partners, to most pincodes including cash-on-delivery (COD) locations.

Delivery timelines

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days of being placed, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid (online payment) orders get free delivery.
• Cash on delivery orders may include a small COD fee, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked brown box with no product name, image or brand logo on the outside, and a neutral sender name. Nothing about the parcel reveals what's inside.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS or email where available, so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery issues

If a delivery attempt fails because you weren't available or the address was incomplete, our courier partner will usually re-attempt delivery. Please make sure your phone number, address, city and pincode are accurate when ordering — we're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
